Instrument Login, Scheduling, and Network Accounts

Q: I have been trained on an instrument but I can't log in. Who should I contact?

Q: I forgot my RC account username or password. Who should I contact?

Q: I'm having trouble with the SPINAL scheduling system or the Sequencing Facility sample submission system. Who should I contact?

Card Access to Laboratories

 Q: When I swipe my Harvard ID in the card reader, the green LED flashes, but the door handle is still locked. What should I do?
 A: After swiping your card, try the handle once, let go, and then try a second time. If this does not work, then contact Jesselynn Opie in NWL room 102.

Q: When I swipe my Harvard ID card in the card reader, the green LED does not flash. Why not?
A: One of a few things may be causing the trouble: Your card’s magnetic strip is damaged or worn, your card has not been activated, or your Harvard ID number has changed. Please contact Claire Reardon. or 617-384-7913.
