List of Fees: Microarrays

We support Affymetrix microarrays and two-color arrays. The training fee depends on the protocol used and the starting point.

Affymetrix: We support both the 3' and the Whole Transcript protocols. You may process up to 6 samples during the training session. For the 3' protocol, you have the option to start your training session with total RNA or mRNA, or to process your RNA in your own laboratory and to start your training session with labeled cRNA. Once trained, you may process samples independently, paying only the usage fees and and reagent costs. GeneChips® must be provided by the researcher. Reagents may be either purchased at cost from the Core (prices listed below) or provided by the researcher. All the costs listed below reflect one round of hybridization/wash/scan per sample. The same cocktail may be hybridized to additional chips for an additional charge (contact Jennifer Couget jcouget@cgr.harvard.edu for pricing).
